45. To obtain an apprentice hawker’s licence, the applicant must, at the time of the written application to the Minister,
(1)  provide his or her name and address;
(2)  be at least 16 years of age;
(3)  specify the location where the bird of prey will be kept;
(4)  not have held such a licence more than once; and
(5)  pay the fees prescribed by the Regulation respecting the scale of fees and duties related to the development of wildlife (chapter C-61.1, r. 32).
